Privacy Policy

This notice describes how PRIMOZERO SRL processes personal data collected through primozero.com, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

1. Data controller

The data controller is PRIMOZERO SRL, registered office: Via dell'Opio nel Corso 11, 53045 Montepulciano (SI), Italy — VAT/Tax ID IT01637370527. For any request regarding data processing, write to services@primozero.com.

2. Data we collect

• Data voluntarily provided: first name, last name, email address, professional role, language and target market, submitted via the newsletter form.
• Navigation data: in aggregated and anonymized form, only with consent for analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Newsletter and marketing communications (product launches, collaborations, events). Legal basis: explicit consent under art. 6.1(a) GDPR, via double opt-in.
• Anonymous traffic analytics, with consent for analytics cookies. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1(a) GDPR).
• Legal compliance: data retention for accounting, tax, and legal defense. Legal basis: art. 6.1(c) and 6.1(f) GDPR.

4. Data recipients

Data may be processed, as Data Processors, by the following external providers:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — newsletter delivery, EU servers (France). Privacy policy.
• Vercel Inc. — hosting and site delivery, US servers, under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Privacy policy.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (consent-based only), US servers, under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Privacy policy.

5. Non-EU transfers

Some providers (Vercel, Google) host data in the United States. Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection under art. 46 GDPR.

6. Data retention

• Newsletter: until unsubscribe (link included in every email) or a maximum of 36 months of inactivity.
• Anonymized analytics: up to 14 months (GA4 setting).

7. Your rights

You can exercise, at any time, the rights under articles 15-22 GDPR: access (art. 15), rectification (art. 16), erasure (“right to be forgotten”, art. 17), restriction (art. 18), portability (art. 20), objection (art. 21), withdrawal of consent at any time.
